Shashank Patake

DYNAFORM Product Engineer

    Shashank holds B.E. Mechanical Engineering combined with further Post graduate studies    in Automotive Engineering from Coventry University, UK. He currently works at ETA-APME as a DYNAFORM Product Engineer and supports Automotive OEMs like Maruti Suzuki India Limited, FCA, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, Tier 1 suppliers, Premium Academic institutes such as IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur and research institutes in sheet metal forming domain....He has successfully executed many proof of concept studies on Forming Simulation. In addition, his current work includes developing and establishing Die Structure Optimization process for a major Automotive OEM in India. Shashank is a dynamic communicator with excellent presentation skills, able to translate complex concepts into understandable terms using creative teaching methods. Read more

Asad Shareef


   Asad is Currently working at Engineering Technology Associates APME Pvt.Ltd. as Project Engineer for CAE Simulations . He is responsible for providing training in Ls-Dyna and Crashworthiness Regulations FMVSS 201, 208.His extensive knowledge in both Theory and Practice in CAE Tools HyperMesh, Ls-Dyna Prepost, Ls-Dyna allows ETA APME to Provide Industrial Oriented Training.

Idris Ahmed

PreSys/VPG Product Engineer

  Idris is currently working at at Engineering Technology Associates APME Pvt. Ltd. as Project/ Tech Support Engineer for Presys VPG. He is responsible for providing training and tech support on Presys VPG for all customers in Asia Pacific region. Idris holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from MCE, Hassan and Masters in Maintenance Engineering from SJCE, Mysore. ... Prathmesh Moharil

  Currently working as a Design Optimization Engineer at ETA-APME, with expertise in GENESIS. He is the lead Engineer for ETA-SKYKE, the 2 wheeler Electric Vehicle. Extremely passionate towards designing automobiles, From Sketching/ Rendering to Surfacing and styling in Autodesk Alias, Improving the Aerodynamic performance. ... Extremely strong Designing background with Experience in Autodesk Alias, Auto-CAD and CATIA-V5. He is also creatively inclined, with taking charge of all the graphics and Content design for Website and marketing materials. Dr. M. Sahul Hamid

Advanced Computational Systems, LLC Rochester,
Dr. Hamid has over 35 years of experience in Automotive CAE, Corporate LS-DYNA training, Biomechanics and Academic research, Commercial FE code development. His areas of expertise include Crashworthiness and Occupant Protection evaluation of automotive structures and safety restraint systems ...including Battery Pack Crashworthiness design evaluation as per FMVSS 201,208, 214, 301, etc.He has extensive experience of working with major Automotive OEMs and suppliers worldwide such as Chrysler, Delphi, GM, EASi, BHEL etc.

Well-respected in the industry, Dr. Hamid has conducted LS-DYNA training courses for Delphi and EASi engineers. He was also associated with Lawrence Tech, MI, USA to teach CAE and CAD courses. Dr. Hamid received his Ph.D. in Biomechanical Engineering and M.Tech in Engineering Mechanics from IIT Madras, India, and has 49 technical publications.

Jenson Chen

DYNAFORM Project Manager,
Jenson began his role at ETA in 2003 and has over 18 years of experience in the CAE field using LS-DYNA, DYNAFORM and VPG. He has an extensive background in modern formability, draw die development, advanced CGA, draw die design, die system analysis, BIW crashworthiness, occupant safety analysis, vehicle dynamics,... NVH and drop testing. Prior to joining ETA, Jenson worked on applications of advanced high strength steel in sheet metal stamping and crashworthiness.Read more

Divesh Mittal

Engineering Team Lead & ACP OpDesign Product Manager,

Divesh leads the in-house engineering consulting team and is product manager for ETA’s newest software product; ACP OpDesign based on Accelerated Concept to Product Process. He began his career at ETA as a project engineer researching numerous facets of simulation such as full vehicle durability/ride & handling simulations,... crash & safety, stamping simulations and optimization.Divesh received his Master of Science in mechanical engineering with specialization in vehicle dynamics from the University of Detroit Mercy.Read more
